About Us

ABOUT US
We officially opened our doors in 2017, offering the newest equipment
and most technologically advanced operating suites in
the entire Bay Area.

In addition to our subspecialty facilities, the adjacent Stanford Emeryville multispeciality building offers a one-stop shop for primary and specialty care, laboratory, CT/MRI scan, and outpatient surgery center.
Our Philosophy
We are excited to bring the expertise and resources of a world-class research institution to the East Bay Community. Our philosophy is to provide our patients the highest level of professional and personal care within the specialties of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine. Whether your are a professional athlete or weekend warrior, our goal is to get you back to doing what you want to do after sustaining an injury.

Establishing an accurate diagnosis is a very important part of your consultation as this leads to establishing the correct treatment. Patient education is also an important aspect of our practice so you can better understand your disease, and therefore specific goals after treatment as well as preventing injury in the future.

Seeing a Stanford Orthopaedic Surgeon does NOT mean that you will require surgery. In fact, surgery is generally not the recommended as the first approach to treatment except in unusual circumstances such as fractures, infections, or tumors. We believe in compassionate and individualized treatment for each patient. Our approach has allowed us to attract patients from all around the world to partner in their successful treatment.

What to Expect During your Visit
Our goal is to provide you the quality care that you deserve. We do our best to streamline the process and be respectful of your time. You will be asked to complete a New Patient Questionnaire prior to your first visit. You can print these forms online and bring them to your visit, or complete them when you arrive.
Check-In
We will take your information and let you know your expected wait time. Don't forget your photo ID and insurance card!
